Old Scituate Light

The next image in my lighthouse series comes from Massachusetts. The best thing about Old Scituate Light is the amount of angles you can approach it from. You can shoot from one of the two jetties or the beach, but I decided to shoot from below the lighthouse with he rocks as the only foreground element. Unfortunately the sky did not really perform the way I was hoping during sunset, so I decided to try blurring the clouds with a long exposure. I think it makes the image more interesting. Incidentally, the man in the image below was another photographer who graciously got out of the way for me while I was shooting.
